A synchronised team is worth ten. Resonance Theory is a psychological and consciousness framework that explores how individuals and groups align their mental and emotional states with one another through shared frequencies of thought, emotion and intention.
It studies not only such (dis)alignments, but also the communication substrates themselves: how can resonance propagate? What in the Universe enables such transfers to happen?
In social contexts, Resonance Theory has practical applications in group dynamics and leadership. Teams and organisations use resonance-based techniques to synchronise their collective consciousness, leading to more cohesive and effective collaboration.
